Survey Launches

Each launch has air conditioned cabin with enclosed head & Refrigerator.  Full safety equipment.  Cuddy cabin fwd, with bunks for storage.  A central Hydraulic Power Unit powers the Bowthruster, davit-mounted CTD Powerblock, hydraulic A-Frame and the Tow-fish winch. 

Two work stations with equipment racks face aft to monitor the deployment of survey gear.  UPS Power supply.  One launch is fitted with a RESON Seabat 8101 multibeam sonar and the other with a Seabat 8125.  The launches can be connected to main vessel power while in the davits, allowing for processing and downloading of data underway.

Each launch is available for expedition sport charters worldwide either stand alone or in conjunction with the mother ship Davidson. If interested in chartering the launches or the Davidson please contact us.
